LAF Drama classes

Lyttelton Arts Factory LAF is offering theatre classes every Wednesday.
The purpose of these vocational workshops is to teach the students to perform. In November each class will perform in a fully equipped theatre.
This is a unique opportunity to be taught by the professional director and teacher Mike Friend in the art of performance.

Course Director: Mike Friend

"There's only two rules in theatre.  The first is safety, the second danger.  Think outside the box."

Beginner, Junior, Intermediate, Senior & Adult classes:
LAF currently offers caters to four school age ranges : Year 3 & 4 (Beginner); Year 5 & 6 (Junior); Year 7 & 8 (Intermediate); and Years 9 - 13 (Senior).  In addition we offer an Adults course for anyone over 18 who wishes to further develop (or even find) their performance craft.

These courses stretch the students physically, emotionally, intellectually and creatively preparing them to meet the highest demands of the profession. The course is adapted to each age range and ability level and develops a high level of performance individuality and imagination.
